Job Responsibilities & Duties
Repair general service problems associated with manufactured housing.
Perform general maintenance of display homes, office building, and grounds.
Interior repairs: sheetrock, drywall, leveling doors, trim work, carpet, cabinets.
Exterior repairs: shingles, siding, perimeter skirting.
Complete grounds work including mowing, shoveling snow, salting walk‑ways, picking up trash, sweeping curb, maintaining landscaping beds.
Compensation
Hourly wage: $20.00 – $23.00, depending on experience.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Positive attitude and customer service skills.
Committed to a high level of customer satisfaction.
Numerous and varied handyman skills.
Ability to lift and move items up to 100 lbs.
Endurance for strenuous tasks – crawling, reaching, pulling.
Ability to safely climb ladders and steps.
Ability to work in all environments (extreme heat/cold, rain/snow).
Team‑oriented; cooperative and collaborative.
Reliable and dependable.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Subject to criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
Willing to learn and comply with legal requirements for sale of manufactured homes.
