Title Molding Machine Operator
Coordinates with Molding Room
Position Type Full Time – Non‑exempt
Business Department Molding Room
Responsibilities
Operate Injection Molding Machines.
Package products per instructions, ensuring proper counts and labeling.
Fill out any required paperwork.
Trim flash or deburr parts.
Operate and read machine scales.
Follow instructions from Quality Control Inspectors regarding part quality.
Notify supervisors and QC Inspectors when parts are unacceptable.
Notify supervisors if there is a machine issue.
Clean work space and maintain a neat, organized area.
Remain at the machine at all times unless authorized; notify supervisor or service person if leaving.
Observe all health and safety requirements.
Perform other duties as required, which may change at any time with or without notice.
Required Skills
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Self‑motivated and comfortable setting own work priorities.
Close attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
Written and verbal English communication skills.
Basic math skills.
Teamwork to accomplish company goals.
Strict attention to safety procedures, including wearing PPE such as safety glasses and hearing protection.
Willingness to keep and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Adherence to attendance policy.
Adherence to cell phone policy.
Required Education / Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Additionally, workers will be exposed to a large warehouse environment and may experience loud volumes or high/low temperatures, based on current weather. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and may be required to stand for up to 3‑4 hours at a time. This is a full‑time position. Hours of work will either be 5 am – 5 pm or 5 pm – 5 am, depending on your shift.
