Accounting and Finance Recruiter and Certified Purple Squirrel Hunter Contract role starting February through December. Hybrid in Glen Allen, VA
Hourly pay is $26-39/hr
Are you passionate about creating functional, beautiful workspaces? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same? LHH is looking for a detail-driven, creative, and organized Interior Design Project Manager to join our Workplace & Design team.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of transforming our corporate and branch environments—managing everything from furniture installations and artwork placement to space planning and move coordination. If you’re ready to bring your design expertise and project management skills to a purpose-driven organization, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
Manage furniture and design-related work order tickets from submission to completion
Coordinate vendor site visits, installations, and punch lists
Lead space planning and furniture layout updates using AutoCAD/Revit
Oversee artwork installations and maintain design standards across locations
Support move management and document seating/floor plan changes
Maintain detailed project documentation and assist with reporting and presentations
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
Ability to read and interpret floorplans
Knowledge of ADA and building codes
Understanding of furniture systems and warranty processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience with work order/ticketing systems
Familiarity with procurement and cost center processes
Background in help desk or facilities support
Knowledge of artwork installation standards
Willingness to travel for site visits and installations
Exposure to corporate real estate or workplace strategy
