Location: Travel up to 90 miles from home on average. Mileage and drive time are paid and reimbursed.
Schedule: Monday–Friday. Weekends are not required, though occasional weekend or holiday work may be needed.
Role The role is for a reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Field Service Representative who will represent leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. Core responsibilities include:
Installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps.
Performing build‑outs, resets, and display repairs.
Following planograms and client‑specific directives.
Executing morning and team installations and providing solution feedback.
Managing virtual software and ensuring the successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and maintain consistent communication with field services management (within 24 hours of contact).
Keep availability updated and accurate.
Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
Fill mandatory forms, surveys, and imagery before leaving the job site.
Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
Conduct break‑fix repairs to keep displays and fixtures fully functional.
Assist team members as needed and contribute to team success.
Submit accurate timecards and report anomalies daily with needed corrections.
Work independently in a fast‑paced environment and attend required training and certification programs.
Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
Be available for weekend assignments when required.
Scheduling / Planning
Hours and locations may vary week to week; early morning hours, holidays, and occasional weekends may be requested.
Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
Qualifications
Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
Flexible availability Monday through Friday; weekend and holiday availability as required; early morning and late‑night availability may be necessary.
Must be able to climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift up to 60 lbs, and perform kneeling, walking, crouching, bending, and reaching overhead tasks.
Strong communication skills via phone, text, and email.
High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or merchandising experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Installation and merchandising experience preferred; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planograms.
Must own an Android or Apple mobile device and be able to navigate communication platforms independently.
Must complete all training assignments and maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within any rolling 30‑day period.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
