Retail Display Installer – Technology Location: Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average. Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement.

Schedule: Work Monday–Friday. Weekends are not required.

Role 2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail-oriented, and self‑motivated Field Service Representative to represent leading brands like Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. In this role, you’ll execute in‑store tasks including:

Installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps

Performing build‑outs, resets, and display repairs

Following planograms and client‑specific directives

You’ll work independently, meet deadlines, and use mobile applications to complete assignments efficiently. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Hourly pay starting at $16.50 per hour, based on experience and location

Job assignments Monday–Friday; flexible self‑scheduling and fixed shifts

Minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period

Variety of projects and clients

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to field services management (within 24 hours).

Maintain accurate availability.

Complete jobs on or before scheduled end dates.

Build displays, end caps, and fixtures.

Submit necessary forms and surveys before leaving a job site.

Update displays per planograms and client requests.

Perform break‑fix repairs to ensure functionality.

Participate in early morning installations and team installs.

Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution.

Assist team members as needed.

Submit timecards accurately and report anomalies daily.

Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Participate in training and certification programs.

Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems.

Be available for weekend assignments as needed.

Qualifications Eligibility

Must be 18 or older (insurance requirements).

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Availability

Flexible Monday–Friday.

Weekend and holiday availability as needed.

Early morning and late‑night availability as needed.

Minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.

Physical Abilities

Climb a ladder up to 10 feet.

Lift and carry up to 60lbs.

Can kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle/grasp, and reach overhead.

Communication & Technology

Effective communication via phone, text, and email.

Use smartphone for clocking, photos, apps.

Own Android or Apple mobile device.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial.

Installation and merchandising experience preferred.

Proficiency with hand and power tools.

Other Requirements

Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.

Willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
