Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Perform maintenance and repairs on aggregate processing equipment to ensure optimal performance.* Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions promptly.* Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.* Collaborate with team members to maintain safe and efficient operations.* Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts usage, and equipment status.**What Are We Looking For*** Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and repair heavy equipment.* Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.* Commitment to safety and adherence to company standards.* Effective communication and teamwork skills.**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.**Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.**What We Offer*** $22.99 to $30.28 per hour* 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions* Highly competitive benefits programs, including:
