3rd Shift Machine Operators
to join our growing team! If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and looking for a hands‑on position, we'd love to meet you.
Job Duties Machine Operators are responsible for performing a variety of production tasks, including:
Entering production data into the computer
Inspecting parts for quality and proper processing
Moving heavy bins of product using a pallet jack
Loading and unloading parts into coating machines
Following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area
These positions are labor-intensive and require strong attention to detail, consistency, and safe work practices.
Shift Hours Sunday –Thursday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Training will be completed on
1st shift for a minimum of 4-6 weeks .
Pay & Incentives
$17.50/hour
base wage
$2.50/hour shift differential
for 3rd shift
Pay increase opportunities at
3, 6, and 12 months , then annually
Quarterly profit-sharing incentives

Requirements All candidates must be able to:

Stand for long periods of time
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is
preferred but not required . Training is provided.
