RIE Coatings is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Machine Operator to join our team in Eden Valley, MN. This role plays a key part in supporting our production goals and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Position Responsibilities
Operate coating equipment in accordance with all safety and quality requirements Move bins of product using a pallet jack or forklift Mix coatings and ensure proper material preparation Perform visual and dimensional quality checks on parts Rake parts from ovens and maintain flow of materials through production Accurately enter production data into the computer system Assist with general production duties and maintain a clean work environment Physical Requirements
Standing for extended periods Bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive movements Pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly Working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures Hours
Monday – Thursday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Friday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM Compensation
Starting Pay: $20/hour ($17/hour base wage + $3/hour shift differential for 2nd shift) Pay increase opportunity after 90 days Full-time position Benefits
