Bedliner Repair

Ultimate Linings . The responsibility of the
Bedliner Repair
position is to ensure consistency and quality of vehicle surfaces prior to spraying. This includes hands‑on processes such as sanding, smoothing surfaces, removing or installing vehicle parts, all while adhering to production, quality, and health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities
Sanding and smoothing surfaces to achieve a consistent, defect‑free finish before the second spray. Removal of parts if required. Filling defects with two‑part epoxy fillers. Completing required paperwork. Maintaining communication with Shift Supervisor on product quality conditions. Other duties as may be assigned. Qualifications
Education Minimum Required: Grade 12 education. Preferred: Certificate or diploma in a relevant field considered a bonus. Experience Minimum Required: At least 2 years of sanding and surfacing experience in environments such as body shop, collision shop, or production line. Preferred: 2+ years relevant sanding and surfacing experience. Use of DA sanders and die grinder sanders is a must. Familiar with TS and ISO requirements. Attention to detail is a must. Physical ability to wear a respirator supported by pre‑placement medicals and fit testing. Working Conditions
Manufacturing environment with no managerial assignments or responsibilities. Continued exposure to weather elements, automotive vehicles, chemicals, robotics, industrial and manufacturing equipment. Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs., with limited accommodations and flexible working positions as required. Must comply with all Company policies, procedures and work instructions. Personal Protective Equipment must be worn at all times while on the production floor. IMPORTANT NOTE
