We are currently looking for Finishing Production Operators to join our team! The Finishing Machine Operator is responsible for checking quality and finishing labels either through jogging or cutting.

Compensation: $19.00 to $22.00 hourly based on experience
Shifts: 6a – 6p or 6p – 6a

Responsibilities
Continuously check for print and seam quality.
Remove defective material and splice the roll web back together per the specification.
Utilize a ruler, safety knife, and hole punch during splicing procedure (tools are used at other times as necessary).
Handle rolls and palletize them accordingly to avoid damage.
Understand basic printing and seam related defects.
Record and enter data on designated paperwork as well as in the company operation system (Globetek).
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Ability to add and subtract, multiply and divide to figure label counts and conversions.
Proficiency with units of American money, weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Ability to use simple Windows‑based applications.
Physical demands include standing, using hands to finger, feel and touch; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear.
Frequent walking required.
Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed, and regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
