Responsibilities
Act as the quality eyes on our construction projects, testing materials such as concrete and asphalt.
Take measurements, document results, and ensure road construction meets strict standards.
Work outdoors at various project sites throughout Wisconsin, learning technical skills from day one.
Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Willingness to work flexible hours, as construction schedules vary.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
Basic math skills (we’ll teach you what you need!).
Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required for the right person).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently once trained.
Good communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Strong work ethic.
Compensation & Benefits $24+/hour starting pay, $0 premium medical plan.
