Quality Control Technician
Payne + Dolan | A Walbec Group Company (Waukesha, WI) is seeking a motivated individual for an entry-level Quality Control Technician position. New to construction? Perfect! Responsibilities
Serve as the quality eyes on our construction projects—testing materials like concrete and asphalt, taking measurements, documenting results, and ensuring our road construction meets strict standards.
Work outdoors at various project sites throughout Wisconsin.

Pay: $24+/hour starting pay

Job Requirements
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Willingness to work flexible hours (construction schedules vary)
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
Basic math skills (we’ll teach you what you need)
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required for the right person)
Preferred Traits
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
The ability to follow instructions and work independently once trained
Good communication skills, attention to detail, strong work ethic
