Responsibilities

Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting high‑speed filling and packaging equipment to ensure consistent performance.

Setting up and completing changeovers between product runs.

Performing basic preventive maintenance and promptly reporting any mechanical or quality concerns.

Monitoring product quality and line performance to achieve daily production and efficiency goals.

Following all safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

Performing other related tasks assigned to support plant operations.

What We’re Looking For

At least one (1) year of experience in manufacturing, production, or similar hands‑on work environment (preferred).

Strong attention to detail and a consistent commitment to producing high‑quality results.

A reliable, safety‑focused, and team‑oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and support others.

The ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and physical and be at least 18 years of age.

A high school diploma or equivalent education.

Shift (Multiple Openings)

6:30 pm – 7:00 am on a 2-2-3 rotation (two days on, two days off, three days on).

6:30am‑7:00pm on a 2-2-3 rotation (two days on, two days off, three days on).

8:30pm‑7:00pm Monday‑Thursday

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand on hard surfaces such as concrete for extended periods, up to 12 hours per shift.

Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 60 pounds as part of daily tasks.

Climb stairs, ladders, and platforms to inspect, operate, maintain, or troubleshoot equipment.

Bend, twist, and kneel as needed to access machinery and perform maintenance or operational duties.

Work in indoor and outdoor environments with varying seasonal temperatures and humidity levels.

Perform effectively in areas with high noise levels while wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
