Core Responsibilities
Understand job orders and interact with Epicor. Read, comprehend, and execute processes and procedures according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Maintain and operate hand tools and power tools. Perform required quality control checks and inspections to ensure product specifications are met. Maintain required paperwork in Epicor (daily production reports, tally sheets, scrap reports, etc.). Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read instructions, safely operate machines, and visually inspect parts produced. Accuracy and timeliness in completing work assignments. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis. Must read, write, and comprehend plant directives written in English.
Additional Qualifications
High school diploma (technical secondary education preferred). Basic computer skills and accurate data entry experience. Perform simple mathematics to comprehend process sheets, SOP manuals, tally sheets, etc. Basic understanding of blueprints, mechanical assembly, and electrical assembly. Frequent lifting, standing, bending, and reaching required. Able to pass a pre‑employment physical and drug test. Must adhere to all PPE requirements (eye, hand, feet, hearing protection).
