What you will do
Perform repairs and services as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, meeting dealership and factory standards.
Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and complete necessary repairs.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of automotive diagnostic technology, digital manuals and reference materials.
Keep the shop area neat and clean, and account for dealership tools at all times.
Road‑test vehicles to ensure quality repair.
Adapt to rapidly changing automotive technologies, including diagnostics.
What we are looking for
1+ year of BMW dealership experience highly desired.
Appropriate technical training or ASE certifications (BMW STEP) a plus.
Valid driver’s license and a clean MVR.
Willingness to undergo our background requirements.
