We are looking for an Ordinance Equipment Mechanic (OEM) who performs the following duties, and other related activities as assigned. Must demonstrate competencies necessary to meet business requirements. Duties
May perform as a member of a functional and/or cross- functional team. Duties include assembly, disassembly, re-assembly, fabrication, screen, repair, adjustment, test and/or verification of complex electronic, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and structural systems in accordance with common military, commercial, and aerospace specifications. Typical systems include avionics, missiles, weapons controls, aircraft armament, bomb racks, launchers and associated equipment. Electrical duties may include, but are not limited to, removal and installation of components, connectors, and wiring into cabinets, chassis, and console type assemblies. Mechanical duties include, but are not limited to, removal, installation, and adjustment of mechanical parts to precise tolerances. Structural duties may include, but are not limited to, light machining, sheet-metal work, drilling, riveting, and airframe repairs. Qualifications
High School degree or GED equivalent. 5+ years of structural / sheet metal experience. Seniority level
