What Drives Success: Responsibilities

Perform on‑site preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration after installation.

Handle basic, non‑complex product issues; refer more complex problems to higher‑level technicians.

Use technical skills and preventive maintenance knowledge to determine service requirements.

Advise manager of preventive maintenance inspections performed and corrective actions to be taken.

Work in a team‑based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Maintain safety standards daily and ensure all safety measures are taken at all times.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.

What We Are Looking For: Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent

2–6 years of hands‑on commercial HVAC experience

EPA certification – Type I & II or Universal required

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Technical aptitude to perform maintenance, service, and troubleshoot equipment

Excellent customer service skills

Good electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills

Ability to complete repairs and required paperwork

Ability to work independently and self‑schedule

Self‑motivated to complete tasks within time constraints

Driven to succeed and able to work with minimal supervision

NATE certification a plus

Availability for weekend and night work occasionally

Travel may be required occasionally

Physical Requirements

Must safely get onto rooftops—typically via ladder

Work at heights

Load and unload tools and equipment from work van

Lifting up to 75 lbs occasionally

Lifting to shoulder and overhead up to 25 lbs occasionally

Push/pull wheeled cart up to 150 lbs

Climb ladder to roof height

Extend reach overhead repetitively

Manual tandem lifting load up to 125 lbs

Compensation Hourly non‑exempt role. Salary range is $39,000–$77,000 annually, varying by geography, tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. Employees may earn overtime for hours over 40 per week or as required by state law.

Benefits (revised) Subject to eligibility, benefits include tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, vision; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short‑term disability; 8‑week paid birthing leave; 2‑week paid bonding leave; life and long‑term disability insurance. New employees may receive up to 10 days paid time off and 10 paid holidays.
