Starting Pay
$21 during training; $24 for experienced. Base pay may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Location

Schedule : Rotating on‑call after‑hours service. Technicians are expected to respond to calls during evenings and weekends with a high acceptance rate. Guaranteed two‑hour minimum and double pay per call. All after‑hours calls are compensated at a premium pay rate with guaranteed minimums.
Job description : An emergency response tire technician for semi‑truck fleets. Technicians are dispatched to customer locations to repair or change tires. When no service calls are pending, technicians help with mounting orders, shop cleaning, and general duties.

Basic Requirements
Valid driver’s license and meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Previous commercial service tire experience.
What You’ll Learn
Servicing commercial tires: dismounting, mounting, and repairing any type of tire.
Performing match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as needed.
Inflating tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
Complying with OSHA regulations and safety requirements (proper PPE, tire cages, all safety policies).
