As a
Field Service Technician , you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing state‑of‑the‑art door equipment. This is a full‑time position with occasional night/weekend on‑call requirements and ample opportunities for overtime. You will work independently, represent AEW with professionalism, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Location: Madison, WI
In this role you will…
Service and repair of automatic swing, sliding, revolving and security door equipment throughout Wisconsin
Communicate with management, sales department, general contractors and end‑users
Fill out proper paperwork to meet company requirements
You’ve got what it takes if you have…
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong work ethic with quality customer service
Electrical and/or mechanical or construction experience is a plus
Knowledge and experience with power and hand tools
Detail oriented
Ability to work without supervision
In this role, you will need a valid driver’s license, be able to pass a drug test, be able to occasionally lift door panels that can weigh over 100 pounds, be able to pass a physical, and need to be available after hours (occasionally) as this position requires the tech to be on call approximately every six weeks.

Competitive starting pay of $22‑24 per hour for entry‑level techs; and
$25+ for experienced door techs .
