Kasai North America, Inc. invites you to join our production team as a Production Associate located in Talladega, AL.
As a Production Associate, you will support the assembly of automobile interior trim components and assemblies through precise mechanical operations and effective quality practices.
Responsibilities
Place parts in specified relationships and inspect each component, ensuring proper fastening by hand or with hand tools or powered tools.
Operate and maintain machines such as KPM press, inspection mold, welders, robots, forklifts, hoists, and cranes to facilitate material movement.
Adapt to varied work situations, lines, or departments as production needs require while meeting established quality and production quantity levels.
Support the implementation, achievement, and maintenance of the Quality and Environmental Policies and Procedures.
Work any assigned shift and provide overtime on short notice as required.
Education
GED or High School Diploma preferred.

Forklift Driving Classes (For Tow Motor Drivers Only).
Salary: $15.91 per hour.
