Production Worker
Pay Rate:
$15.00 – $17.50 per hour (based on experience and shift)
Job Summary We are seeking reliable and motivated
Production Workers
to support high-volume manufacturing operations. This role involves repetitive departmental or live assembly work to mass‑produce automobile interior trim components and assemblies while meeting quality, safety, and production standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble parts by placing components in specified relationships to one another
Inspect and fasten parts using straps, bolts, clips, screws, cement, or other methods
Perform assembly tasks by hand or using hand‑powered and powered tools
Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment such as:
KPM presses
Inspection molds
Welders
Robots
Forklifts, hoists, and cranes (as assigned)
Move materials and products as required, including driving a tow motor (for qualified positions)
Meet established production quantity and quality standards
Maintain preventative maintenance, housekeeping, and safe work practices
Support and comply with Quality and Environmental Policies and Procedures
Rotate between different lines, departments, or work areas as production needs require
Certain positions require the ability to
discern color , which is an essential job function
Work Schedule Candidates must be able to work
any assigned shift
, including overtime on short notice.
Available Shifts:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:15 PM
2nd Shift A: 2:00 PM – 10:15 PM
2nd Shift B: 4:00 PM – 12:15 AM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:15 AM
Qualifications
Ability to work any assigned shift and overtime as needed
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment
Ability to operate machinery and tools safely (training provided as applicable)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
