Wellington International
Wellington International is seeking a Full‑Time Carpenter for its Facilities Maintenance Department.
Responsibilities
Perform all major repairs to all wood structures at the facility.
Maintain the upkeep of all buildings at the facility.
Install all finish hardware (e.g., door closers, door handles/knobs, hooks and hangers).
Seal and paint all structures at the facility.
Assist with small construction projects at the facility.
Assist other departments when needed (e.g., facility and grounds maintenance departments).
All other duties as needed.
Qualifications
Must adhere to all company policies.
Ability to determine work priorities.
Able to communicate clearly and effectively.
Ability to make decisions and take appropriate actions.
Ability to meet schedules and deadlines of the work area.
Must be able to work the weekends, as needed.
