Automotive European Technician

Driven Diagnostics Auto & Diesel Repair – Grand Junction, CO Driven Diagnostics Auto & Diesel Repair is expanding our European vehicle service division and is seeking an experienced European Automotive Technician. This position is intended for technicians with established, hands-on European repair experience and strong diagnostic capabilities. This role is not entry-level. 4+ years of experience or more preferred. Schedule Full-Time 4-Day Workweek Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM Vehicles & Systems You’ll Work On BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, MINI, Porsche, and other European vehicles Electrical and drivability diagnostics Engine, cooling, suspension, steering, brake, and HVAC systems OEM repair procedures and diagnostic workflows Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) with documentation and photos Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair European vehicles following OEM procedures Perform advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics Complete accurate Digital Vehicle Inspections to support service recommendations Communicate technical findings clearly with service advisors Maintain shop cleanliness, safety standards, and quality control Follow established shop SOPs and workflows Required Qualifications (Mandatory) 4+ years of hands-on European automotive repair experience (required) Demonstrated diagnostic experience on European platforms Proven ability to work independently without constant supervision Strong attention to detail and professional workmanship Valid driver’s license Applicants without verifiable European vehicle experience will not be considered.
