European Automotive Technician (B-Level)
to join our growing team.
Shop Location: 1454 Old Deerfield Rd, Highland Park, IL 60035
Shop Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM CST
What You’ll Do:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles using OEM-level tools and equipment.
Perform high-quality work that meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure excellent customer service.
Stay current with training and certifications to maintain technical expertise.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of hands‑on professional experience in a shop environment working on all makes/model vehicles.
Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
ASE Certification preferred (or equivalent).
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation & Pay Structure: Flat Rate:
$25 - $35/HR
Bi-weekly Guarantee:
65 hours at base rate, if at least 80 hours are worked in the pay period.
Accelerator Tiers:
Tier 1:
+$4/hr for 60–69.99 billed hours
Tier 2:
+$6/hr for 70–79.99 billed hours
Tier 3:
+$8/hr for 80+ billed hours Accelerators apply retroactively to all hours worked in the pay period
