Maintenance Mechanic – Job Notification
Job Location: Yankton, SD
Department: Maintenance Department: Maint B Days
Job Type: Permanent

Shift Details: Night Shift 6pm‑6am 4x4 schedule
Job Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance on press lines, casting equipment, packing systems, and paint systems.
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
Replace defective parts and conduct necessary repairs.
Maintain building, grounds, and utility systems.
Assist with equipment upgrades, replacements, and enhancements.
Obtain and maintain a Motorized Equipment license (e.g., Forklift, Scissor Lift).
Enter and manage work orders for identified issues or deficiencies.
Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.
Ensure the maintenance shop is clean and well‑organized.
Exhibit a proactive approach to continuous improvement and stay informed on advancements in relevant systems and technologies.
Education and Experience Requirements:
At least 3 years of industrial manufacturing experience.
Ability to read and use a tape measure that shows measurements in feet and inches.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
