Signia by Hilton Orlando and the adjacent Waldorf Astoria Orlando, an Official Walt Disney World® Hotels, are searching for an Engineer to join their Property Operations team! Between the 2 properties combined, there are over 1,500 rooms, 12 restaurants and lounges and over 350,000 sq. ft. of meeting and event space.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3-5 years' experience as an engineer and an understanding of chillers, boilers, and mechanical systems.

Shift Pattern:

Primarily AM shifts starting at 7:30 AM, ending at 4 PM, over weekdays and weekends.

Pay Rate:

$23.56 per hour.

What will I be doing? As a Plant Mechanic, you would be responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the hotel's equipment and machinery in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Maintain, monitor, repair and conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure the safe and efficient operation of hotel equipment and machinery

Conduct scheduled and non‑scheduled maintenance

Respond to guest calls and team member work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to assess and repair non‑functioning machinery and/or equipment

Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention
