Available Shifts Monday - Friday, 6:30AM-3:00PM or Monday - Friday, 3:00PM-11:30PM
What You'll Do
Machine precision parts to specifications using vertical CNC mills and/or CNC lathes
Ensure a clean, organized, and safe workspace, promoting teamwork and collaboration
Adhere to and promote safe working practices to maintain a healthy work environment
Proactively report maintenance issues to supervisors and operations managers
Provide constructive feedback to supervisors to address shop floor challenges and improve operations
Take on additional duties as assigned by the department manager
What You'll Bring
Minimum of 3 years of CNC milling experience, with a strong understanding of M and G codes
Proficiency with Fanuc controls; programming experience is preferred but not required
Basic computer skills for documentation and operational tasks
Exceptional organizational and self‑motivation skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. as part of regular duties
