Base pay range $28.00/hr - $32.00/hr
Keep Automation Running — Be the Technical Anchor on Our Production Floor Picture your day: a production line hesitates, you connect to the PLC, review logic, verify HMI readings, trace signals to the field, and get the system humming again — safely and quickly. You’ll balance urgent troubleshooting with proactive care of equipment and building systems, making a measurable impact on uptime, safety, and product quality in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
What you’ll tackle
Diagnose and repair electro‑mechanical and automated equipment to restore throughput
Work hands‑on with PLCs, HMIs, and plant control systems to drive down downtime
Execute preventive maintenance on production machinery and facility/building systems
Read and apply electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and OEM technical manuals
Support facility upkeep, including welding, basic plumbing, and general mechanical repairs
Document all work performed and uphold safety procedures and standards
What you bring
2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience (or a related trade school credential)
Strong electro‑mechanical foundation with proven PLC/HMI and automation troubleshooting
Knowledge of three‑phase power, industrial controls, and production machinery
Safety‑first mindset, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach
Curiosity and adaptability with a willingness to cross‑train on multiple systems
Preferred
Experience with roll forming lines
Training in LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), confined space, and forklift operation
