About the Role: Service Technician Looking for
maintenance technician jobs
or a career in
property management maintenance ? As a
Service Technician , you'll play a critical role in keeping our communities safe, functional, and beautiful. You'll work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to ensure our apartment homes meet the highest standards of quality and care.
Pay:
$25.00 = Performance based Discretionary Bonus
Key Responsibilities Maintenance & Repairs
Complete service requests promptly and accurately using RealPage
Perform hands-on repairs and upkeep for apartment homes and common areas
Assist with
turnkey operations -including scheduling, painting, cleaning, and prepping units for new residents
Preventive Maintenance
Maintain an effective
preventive maintenance program
Prepare for Owner, Federal, State, and local inspections
Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas to ensure a safe, clean environment
Administrative & Communication
Complete daily administrative tasks (scheduling vendors, ordering parts)
Communicate effectively with Property Managers, Maintenance Supervisors, and support teams
Participate in team meetings and comply with company policies
What We're Looking For
High School Diploma/GED
EPA, HVAC or CPO required
At least 3
years of property maintenance experience
or similar role
Valid driver's license & reliable transportation required
Ability to work flexible hours and handle
on-call emergency service
Physical ability to climb stairs, bend, squat, lift, and perform standard maintenance tasks
