CNC Machinist / CNC Programmer – 2nd Shift
Tulsa, OK
(Must be local – no relocation) Schedule:
Monday–Thursday |
3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
(Enjoy 3-day weekends every week ) Pay:
$25–$35/hour

Why This Role Stands Out This is not a “button-pusher” machinist role. This position is built for a
true CNC Programmer/Machinist —someone who enjoys owning the full process from
programming and setup to machining and final inspection . You’ll work in a well‑equipped shop producing custom, tight‑tolerance components used in
industrial heat exchange systems , with the autonomy to make decisions and the trust to run clean, efficient jobs.
If you enjoy programming your own parts, setting up your machines, and being valued for your technical skill—not micromanaged—this role delivers.
What You’ll Be Doing
CNC Programming & Setup:
Program, set up, and run CNC machines using
Inventor and Fusion 360
(experience here is critical)
Machining Execution:
Perform milling, drilling, boring, tapping, and precision machining on custom components

Produce flanges, pipe headers, keyways, and other precision components
Quality & Safety:
Inspect parts, maintain tooling, and follow safety and shop standards

Track job progress, log completed work, and communicate issues proactively

Strong hands‑on programming background (not just operating)

Machining Skillset:
Comfortable running both CNC and manual machines
Independence:
Able to work with minimal supervision and make sound machining decisions
Attention to Detail:
Precision-driven with a strong quality mindset
