Team Coordination: Work under a lead installer who will mentor you and foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of industry trends in outdoor living design and technology to enhance the successful completion of the projects you work on.
Qualifications
Proven experience in technical installations, preferably with new construction, remodeling, and carpentry.
Design sensibility: keen eye for outdoor aesthetics and the integration of technology into diverse environmental scenarios.
Excellent communication: strong verbal and written skills for client consultations and team coordination.
Problem‑solving aptitude: creative and pragmatic approach to overcoming obstacles and ensuring customer delight.
Education: high‑school diploma or equivalent required; further certifications in electrical systems, landscaping, or related fields are advantageous.
