Location: Rochester, NY
Salary: $18 - $25 per hour

Job Overview This position works Monday through Thursday, 5:40 a.m. – 4:10 p.m.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate stamping press machines
Troubleshoot and make adjustments to maintain top-quality output
Perform in-process inspections to ensure precision and consistency
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
Qualifications
Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with machinery
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
Team player with a positive attitude and good communication
Eagerness to learn and grow within the company
