Green Mountain Pipeline Services LLC, a partner of Azuria Water Solutions, has an exciting opportunity for a Construction Laborer with their CIPP pipelining, infrastructure inspection, and rehabilitation project operations. Green Mountain Pipeline Services is based in Bethel, VT, but projects are located across the New England area. Field staff gets the exciting opportunity to travel, with all expenses paid.
We are currently hiring Construction Laborers with a valid CDL license to join our team in Bethel, VT. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for the installation of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) for various municipal, industrial, storm, and sewer line rehab and repair projects. This position requires working with minimal oversight while still adhering to instructions closely.
We are currently offering a limited‑time sign‑on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license. New hires without a current CDL license are also eligible for a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign‑on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout.
The starting pay is $26.00–$32.00 per hour depending on experience and CDL license class currently held. All work on government projects will be compensated at an adjusted prevailing hourly wage. What You’ll Do
Repair various types of sewer lines using a specific product and process
Ensure pull‑in tube is properly prepared for installation by examining D‑rings, chains, and attachment to pulling cable
Install the prepared tube using a winch, backhoe, crane, or other appropriate material
Monitor gauges, dials, or other indicators to ensure equipment is working properly
Cure resin products using an inflation tube, banding boots, layflat, boiler hose, etc.
Learn and train on Insituform’s products, processes, safety procedures, installation techniques, and equipment
Drive various vehicles (pickup trucks to tractor‑trailer rigs) to haul crews and equipment
Perform set‑up and clean‑up tasks at job site/shop
What We Need From You
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience as a Construction Laborer and/or Installation Technician highly preferred
OSHA certifications are a plus
Valid driver’s license required with a clean motor vehicle report
Must possess a Class A or B CDL and be aligned with Insituform’s motor vehicle standards (hazmat endorsement is preferred but not required)
Must be able to wear a respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces
Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery‑powered, or electric tools
Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles
Must be able to travel weekly up to 85% of the time (potentially out of state)
