Location: Bethel, VT (projects across New England)

Competitive salary $26.00–$32.00 per hour (dependent on experience and CDL license class)
Limited‑time sign‑on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license (reduced amount available for non‑CDL)

What You’ll Do
Repair various types of sewer lines by using a specific product and process.
Ensure pull‑in tube is prepared for installation by inspecting D‑Rings, chains, and attachment to pulling cable.
Install the tube with winch, backhoe, crane, or other appropriate equipment.
Monitor gauges, dials, or other indicators to ensure equipment works properly.
Cure resin products using an inflation tube, banding boots, layflat, booster hose, etc.
Learn / train on Insituform’s products, processes, safety procedures, installation techniques, and equipment.
Drive various vehicles (pickup trucks to tractor‑trailer rigs) to haul crews and equipment.
Perform setup and cleanup tasks at job sites and shop.
What We Need From You
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Experience as a Construction Laborer and/or Installation Technician (highly preferred).
OSHA certifications are a plus.
Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record.
Must possess a Class A or B CDL and meet Insituform’s motor vehicle standards (hazmat endorsement preferred but not required).
Must be able to wear a respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces.
Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery‑powered, or electric tools.
Comfortable working outdoors on job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles.
Must be able to travel weekly up to 85% of the time (potentially out of state).
