Global Power Components
Global Power Components is looking for an experienced .035/.045 Production Welder. We are a UL approved heavy gauge steel diesel fuel tank fabricator.
Responsibilities
Weld components in flat/vertical or overhead positions
Clamp, hold, tack-weld, grind or bolt component parts to obtain required configurations and positions for welding
Position and secure workpieces, using hoists, cranes, wire and banding machines or hand tools
Inspect products/equipment for defects/malfunctions
Required
Manufacturing experience
Able to read blueprints
Able to troubleshoot and problem solve
Must be highly motivated
Able to communicate and work well with others
Must pass competency test, weld test and pre-employment physical including drug screen
For Consideration We are looking for a dedicated team member that is detail oriented. Most people on our team averages 45 to 65 hours per week. So, we are looking for a core fit into the team that can help make a positive difference.
We have not listed an education requirement; however we will be asking several questions to verify that the responsibilities could be performed.
Hours: 40-50 hours per week
