Carpenter
who takes pride in craftsmanship, precision, and building work that lasts. Job Duties & Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of carpentry work including wood floor, wall, and roof framing
Install interior trim, casework, exterior siding, and exterior trim
Set hollow metal frames, doors, and associated hardware
Perform metal stud framing, concrete forming, and scaffold erecting
Work from project blueprints and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality
Understand common construction processes for residential and commercial projects
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment required for carpentry tasks
Demonstrate skill in specific task areas while remaining open to learning additional trades
Actively participate in accident and incident investigations when required
Follow all OSHA, EPA, ODH, and company safety policies and procedures
Adhere to all site‑specific safety and health program requirements
Qualifications
High School Diploma
4 years’ experience as an apprentice carpenter or carpenter
OSHA 10
Equipment training as it relates to Carpenter job title
A valid driver’s license is required for this role. For some locations or clients, a REAL ID‑compliant license may be necessary to gain access to secure facilities. If you do not currently have a REAL ID, we encourage you to apply—we can assist with next steps.
