Job Summary We are looking for an HVAC Service Technician who is passionate about problem solving and customer service. You will travel to clients’ homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems, and perform preventive maintenance. Salary: $30–$50 per hour.
Responsibilities
Travel to customer sites to perform diagnostics and repair of HVAC systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with residential heating and cooling equipment.
Execute preventive maintenance tasks as assigned.
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and adhere to safety standards.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding service findings and recommendations.
Qualifications
Experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
Relevant licenses and certifications (e.g., NATE, Journeyman).
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Hard‑working, motivated, and willing to grow.
Benefits and Compensation
Competitive base pay up to $48/hr with potential to exceed $100,000 per year for top performers.
