Responsibilities
Go into clients' homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems, and complete assigned preventative maintenance.
Compensation & Benefits
Earn $48+/hour and up to $100,000 annually through competitive base salary and bonus program.
Up to $10,000 sign‑on bonus plus 2 weeks paid time off for all new hires.
Consistent, full‑time year‑round work with flexible scheduling and multiple shift opportunities.
Robust paid training and professional development (150 hrs/year), promotion from within, and sponsorship for Journeyman license and NATE certification.

Salary: $30 - $50 per hour.
