Pay Range Base: $35.00/hr – $50.00/hr. Sign‑on bonus up to $5,000 for top candidates.
Role Overview Full‑time HVAC Lead Installer responsible for installing furnaces, condensing units, and other residential HVAC systems independently or with a helper, meeting Brookside standards.
Responsibilities
Install residential HVAC split systems, furnaces, condensers, air handlers, hydronic systems, package units, and mini‑splits.
Install copper line sets, gas lines, wiring, venting, and drain lines.
Troubleshoot installation issues and identify solutions.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, educating them on systems, issues, and options.
Maintain a clean, organized job site and follow all safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members and accept feedback for growth.
Organize time and arrive on site ready to work.
Attend company meetings as necessary.
Adhere to all safety and handbook policies.
Qualifications
Proven track record in heating and cooling systems.
2+ years of HVAC install experience.
Strong desire to grow and develop with the team.
EPA certification.
High school diploma or GED.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
