Position Summary The endoscope reprocessing technician is responsible for cleaning and disinfection of all lab equipment, including reprocessing all endoscopes. The technician will assist with monitoring quality related to scope reprocessing and maintain high‑level disinfection equipment and storage of endoscopes. They will also be a unit resource for disinfection processes.
Minimum Requirements
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
High School or equivalent required or higher
Knowledge of principles and practice of high‑level disinfection and infection control
Knowledge of high‑level disinfection equipment handling and maintenance
Good communication skills
AHA BLS CPR certification required
Preferred Requirements
CBSPD Certified Flexible Endoscope Reprocessor Preferred
Endoscopy experience preferred

Primary Shift: Day
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
On Call: No
Weekends: No
