Maintenance Technician – Part Time
Gateway Management Company is currently seeking a Part Time Maintenance Technician for our Clement Belle Farm apartment community located in Brunswick, GA. This position is responsible for performing various maintenance duties necessary to maintain, repair, and improve apartment communities. In addition, the technician works with management to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by the company.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative work orders.
Paint apartments and common areas as needed to maintain a clean, updated appearance.
Assist with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
Communicate effectively with residents and management regarding maintenance issues.
Requirements
Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable maintenance experience.
HVAC certification and working experience preferred.
Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities, manage time efficiently, and maintain a professional demeanor.
Proof of car insurance and a valid driver's license is required.
