Job Description Pro Staffing Solutions, a proud division of Pro Mechanical Services Co., is a rapidly growing family‑owned skilled trades labor contractor. We are seeking a Welder. This is a great opportunity for a candidate seeking a start with a well‑known, established manufacturing company. The company offers a progression program designed to allow those willing to learn the ins and outs of the manufacturing process and grow within the company. We are looking for a minimum of 2 years of on‑the‑job welding experience. These positions are immediate hire. Pay is $19–$21 per hour based on experience, with advanced training to be provided.
Pay & Benefits
Pay: $19–$21 per hour based on experience
Shift differential: $1.50 per hour for 1st or 2nd shift
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 10 hours per day with some overtime available
Health, vision, and dental insurance available after 90 days of employment
PTO available after 90 days
Quarterly bonuses after probationary period
401(k) plan with up to 6% company match
Weekly pay
Overtime available
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years on‑the‑job welding experience
Physical ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs
High school diploma
Pass a background check
Pass a drug screening
Reliable transportation
Pass a standard weld test (MIG and Stick)
