Welder

Pro Staffing Solutions, a proud division of Pro Mechanical Services Co., is a rapidly growing family‑owned skilled trades labor contractor dedicated to connecting talented professionals with leading companies across the United States. We are seeking a Welder for a well‑known manufacturing company that offers a progression program and immediate hiring.

Pay: $19–$21 per hour, based on experience, with potential to earn more. Advanced training will be provided.

1st and 2nd shift available

$19 per hour base rate plus $1.50 shift differential

Health insurance, vision, and dental after 90 days of employment

Paid time off after 90 days

Quarterly bonuses after probationary period

401(k) plan with up to 6% company match

Monday – Thursday, 10 hours per day with some overtime

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year on‑the‑job welding experience

Ability to lift at least 35 lbs

High school diploma required

Pass a background check

Pass a drug screening

Reliable transportation

Pass standard weld test – MIG and Stick
