This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanic based in Houston, TX. The Mechanic will be responsible for performing maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repairs on vehicles and heavy equipment. Additional tasks include diagnosing mechanical issues, troubleshooting malfunctions, and ensuring all equipment is functioning efficiently and safely. The Mechanic will also adhere to company standards and follow safety protocols to maintain equipment in optimal working condition.
Qualifications
Expertise in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and general Maintenance & Repair practices
Proficiency in working with Heavy Equipment and associated components
Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for diagnosing mechanical and technical issues
Ability to interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and procedural documents
Basic knowledge of tools and safety measures required in a workshop environment
Experience in automotive or equipment servicing is a plus
Relevant certifications or technical training in mechanics preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team
