What Youll Do
Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (including lathes and 3-axis machining centers). Work with mechanical drawings and 3D CAD models to determine material requirements, tools, feeds, and setups. Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using precision instruments (micrometers, gauges, indicators). Operate manual machines (Bridgeport, lathes, grinders) as needed. Maintain machines through preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues. Collaborate on continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives. What Were Looking For
Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience . Ability to read mechanical drawings and work within tight tolerances. Practical CAD/CAM experience (Mastercam preferred; Fanuc controls a plus). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Why Youll Love Working Here
