This position is located on-site in Ripon, WI.
Standard Work Hours Monday - Thursday 3pm - 1pm
Compensation Hourly Rate: $30.96 - $34.53, commensurate with experience and qualifications
This competitive compensation package reflects the importance and responsibility of this position within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications
Service and troubleshoot various equipment including motors, advanced hydraulic and pneumatic systems, welding equipment, pumps, conveyor systems, and production machines
Prepare and commission new machines for operation following established protocols and procedures
Perform regular technical testing to ensure equipment safety and operational efficiency
Collect and analyze machine operation data to identify improvement opportunities
Recommend and implement actions to reduce machine downtime and improve reliability
Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and maintain accurate equipment records
What You Need To Succeed
Two-year Associate degree and 2-4 years work experience required.
Ability to utilize a computer to search for parts and enter work into a CMMS.
Passing a pre-employment physical including a baseline test of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds.
Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
