Essential Job Functions
Adhere to health and safety policies, GMPs and use required PPE while in the warehouse or production areas.
Maintain food quality and safety per corporate, customer or governing body standards (e.g., SQF).
Read, understand and follow a production manufacturing schedule; communicate issues or deviations to the appropriate parties.
Monitor production flow on machinery, supply raw materials and perform minor servicing when needed.
Follow all Quality Assurance and Production line standard operating procedures.
Change equipment and perform equipment changeovers; read imperial and metric measurements.
Record all necessary information for production and quality records; keep accurate downtime reports and documentation.
Perform equipment and general sanitation in the work area or as assigned by leadership.
Work closely with all departments to improve quality, increase efficiencies and reduce waste.
Identify production or machine related issues using visual and auditory cues.
Perform minor machine maintenance.
Perform any other duties assigned by leadership including cross training, general and plant sanitation, inventory management, training, etc.
Required Skills
Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment (beverage production experience preferred).
Demonstrate the ability to gain a firm understanding of production machinery/forklifts, including technical issues.
Work quickly and accurately under pressure.
Adeptness in basic mathematical abilities.
Understand and interpret gauges, thermometers and weight measurements.
Formal training in WHIMIS, HACCP, Hygiene, etc. (preferred).
Forklift certification may be required.

Teamwork – collaborate with coworkers to achieve production targets.
Documentation Skills – accurate recording of production data and maintenance of organized records.
Safety Awareness – knowledge of safety protocols and adherence to regulations.
Communication Skills – effective verbal and written communication with team members and supervisors.
Education and Experience
High School Certification or equivalent.
1–3 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Working Conditions
Work Schedule: Weekdays, weekends, afternoon, evenings, overnight and holidays may be required. Overtime scheduled as needed.
Work Environment: Fast‑paced production plant with numerous moving parts, noise levels requiring hearing protection and varying temperatures. Structured and supervised with clear production targets and schedules.
Physical Requirements
Rarely (0–15%) – Stand, walk, push/pull.
Occasionally (16–45%) – Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, lift 40 lbs., carry weight, drive forklift, climb stairs/ladders or balance.
Frequently (46–100%) – High hand‑eye coordination, manual dexterity and mental stress handling.
Visual/Sensory – Attention to detail with one or two senses at a time.
Coordination and Dexterity – Excellent hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity for precise control of equipment.
Mental Stress – Pronounced pressure from deadlines, production quotas, accuracy or similar demands.
Benefits
Pay Range: $17.58/hr – $24.17/hr plus eligibility for performance‑based bonuses.
