Welder - Manufacturing - Base Salary to 26.00/hour - Gallatin, TN
AllSearch Recruiting has a client that is a U.S.-based manufacturer that produces premium truck bodies designed for landscaping, hauling, construction, equipment distribution, and agriculture. They are looking for a Welder to join their team in Gallatin, TN. Hours for this position are: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. or 2:15 pm- 10:45 pm.
Responsibilities
MIG-weld steel components to blueprint/drawing specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints/drawings to confirm joints, weld symbols, and sequence.
Verify measurements, fit-up, and quality before and after welds.
Qualifications
Proficiency in blueprint reading.
Hands‑on experience with a MIG welder (production or job‑shop environment preferred).
Compensation
Base salary in the 18.00 - 26.00/hour range
401k: 100% match up to 6% of salary (after 1 year).
Health: Medical, dental, vision — 50% company‑sponsored (employee‑only) after 90 days
Insurance: Life (100% company‑paid), Disability (50% company‑paid) after 90 days; optional short/long‑term disability after 90 days.
Time off: Paid vacation 10 days, paid holidays 9 days, paid personal days 4 days (2 at 90 days; 2 at 180 days), paid volunteer day 1 day per year.
