Swiss Setup and Operator - Third Shift As an
Swiss Operator
at Regal Rexnord Cleveland, you will be responsible for manually assembling products according to specifications.
Essential Functions
Must be proficient in the setup and operation of all CNC Swiss equipment.
Must be proficient in blueprint or operating drawing interpretation, geometric tolerancing and the mathematics required to perform the most advanced CNC operations.
Experience should include knowledge of Mitsubishi controls.
Must possess the ability to use a wide variety of measuring devices to inspect components produced.
Non-Essential Functions
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Job Requirements
Education:
High school diploma or GED.
Experience:
Swiss CNC Lathe Setup & Operate: 3–5 years (Required).
Specific Skills:
Interpret and understand verbal and written directions; ability to interact in a team environment to complete a variety of tasks.
Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc:
US Citizen or Permanent Resident, ITAR Registered.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and stand 100% of the day. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal to moderate.
