Your impact
Transform detailed blueprints and GD&T into stable, capable Swiss processes.
Program, run, and fine‑tune on Mitsubishi controls, editing G‑code/M‑code when needed.
Verify quality at the source with precision gauges and robust documentation.
Support tooling changes, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate to keep flow steady.
Your toolkit
3–5 years in Swiss CNC lathe setup and operation (required); Citizen experience welcome.
Depth in GD&T, CNC tooling, and shop‑floor troubleshooting.
Mitsubishi control experience and the ability to read/edit programs.
High school diploma or GED; strong blueprint‑reading and math skills.
Clear communicator who follows instructions and contributes to team success.
ITAR Registered and able to meet applicable compliance requirements.

Compensation, shifts & location
Base pay: $22–$35 per hour
Shift premium: +$2/hr (2nd) and +$3/hr (3rd)
Hiring bonus: $2,500
Work location: In person — Cleveland, OH 44125
Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred), Night Shift (Preferred), Overnight Shift (Preferred)
Ability to commute: Cleveland, OH 44125 (Required)
Ability to relocate: Cleveland, OH 44125 — Relocate before starting work (Required)
